The designated charity for all funds raised by Draw the World together is EveryChild.
EveryChild is an international development charity that works with the most vulnerable and marginalised children in many of the world's poorest countries to enable them to grow up free from disease, poverty and exploitation as valued individuals within strong communities.
EveryChild believe children have the right to grow up and develop to their full potential in a secure, safe, family environment, free from poverty and exploitation. Their projects give children the tools they need to shape their own futures. In order to do this they listen to what the communities tell them, and design each project to meet their specific needs. Theirs is not a quick-fix approach to poverty, they make sure their solutions take root in communities, delivering lasting improvements to children's lives.
Keeping children safe
Across the world 121 million children do not have the opportunity to go to school and 246 million have to work to survive. Children are being abused, exploited or forced to live in appalling conditions that we can barely imagine. They are victims of poverty and exploitation, locked in a vicious cycle with little hope for the future.

But EveryChild is fighting to change this. They are committed to protecting the rights of the world's most vulnerable and marginalised children. Across 17 countries they fight to protect the most vulnerable and excluded children, giving them the chance to grow up in loving families with a safe and secure future. In all their projects we aim to innovate to bring about lasting, positive change in partnership with communities and governments.
Their work is always practical. They make sure that our projects, and the benefits they bring, can be sustained by the local community after they have left. This means that their work is not a 'quick fix' for poverty - their solutions take root, delivering lasting improvements to children, families and communities. This is the key to their success and the reason why their work is changing so many young lives for the better.
Child protection
EveryChild considers child protection to be an issue of such significance that they have taken steps to mainstream it into all of their programmes. They believe in a child's right to be protected and safeguarded from exploitation and abuse, which may be physical, sexual, emotional or the result of neglect.
